Still running the business out of a notebook?

The paper book

Appointments and requests in texts, voicemails, and sticky notes.

The same 10 questions

Your phone rings all day with questions an app could answer instantly.

Lost order details

Custom work taken by memory; details (and customers) slip away.

The dusty binder

Training and procedures nobody can find when it matters.

Tool sprawl

Three subscriptions that still don't add up to one simple system.

Invisible on the home screen

Your competitors are one tap away. You should be too.

Start small. See it before you buy it.

Step 1 — Prototype Sprint · $750 flat · 1 week

A working demo of your app, built around your #1 problem process, plus a written build plan. Keep it either way — and the $750 is credited toward your build if you proceed within 14 days.

Step 2 — MVP Build · $3,500–$6,000 fixed · 3–5 weeks

Your app live on iPhone and Android. Branding, content, store submission — handled. Fixed scope in writing, 50% to start, one client build at a time so yours gets full attention.

Step 3 — Care Plan · $149/month

Updates, fixes, small changes, and app-store management. Cancel anytime after launch.

How it works

  1. Audit (free, 15 min) — We identify the single process worth automating first.
  2. Prototype (week 1) — You tap through your future app.
  3. Build (weeks 2–5) — Weekly check-in, real progress you can see on your own phone.
  4. Launch — Submitted to the Apple App Store and Google Play under YOUR accounts. You own the app.
  5. Care — We keep it updated; you run your business.

See what yours could look like

This 2-minute demo is a fictional barbershop — but the skeleton is the same one we'd build for a daycare, a cleaning company, a studio, a bakery, or a brokerage: book, intake, inform, remind, reward.

Built by a builder, not a sales team.

AI-Learn is the app studio of AI-LEARN LLC, founded in Fort Wayne by Jason L. Daniels Sr., MSEd, EdD (ABD) — a career educator who taught himself the modern AI-assisted app pipeline by shipping his own products: five education apps built through the App Store pipeline and 39 digital programs sold through the AI-Learn storefront. When you hire AI-Learn, the person who built those apps builds yours — using the same pipeline, at a fraction of agency cost.

Questions

How much does an app cost, really?

Prototype $750 flat. A focused business app is $3,500–$6,000 fixed, quoted in writing after the prototype. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

How long does it take?

Prototype in 1 week. A scoped MVP typically launches in 3–5 weeks from deposit.

Do I own the app?

Yes. The app is published under your own Apple/Google developer accounts, in your business's name. We build and submit it; the asset is yours.

What does the Care Plan cover?

OS updates, content changes, small feature tweaks, store listing management, and priority fixes — $149/month, cancel anytime after launch.

What don't you build?

Large e-commerce stores, multi-vendor marketplaces, and complex custom backend systems aren't our lane. If your idea needs that, we'll tell you honestly at the audit and point you the right direction.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

It's the normal case. You bring the business knowledge; we handle every technical step and explain in plain language.

Your competitors' apps are already on your customers' phones.
